The NS PRO EVO digital label printer and F22 finisher
Porto-based New Solution Engineering manufactures digital print equipment for a variety of markets including labelling, corrugated and wide format signage and display. It has a range of digital label printers installed across Europe and a network of distributors around the world. The company is now actively recruiting new resellers to join its growing community across the globe.
Vitor Hugo Maia, marketing manager, said, ‘Our resellers benefit from our full support network and 100% commitment to growing the New Solution (NS) brand and community worldwide. They will also receive PR and marketing support from our specialist team as well as be guaranteed presence and support at all the major trade shows.’
New Solution offers the option of rebranding and reimagining the printers to build bespoke OEM solutions to specification. The company retains control of the whole manufacturing process, from blueprint through to electronics, software, steelworks and finishing, as everything is manufactured in house and onsite in its manufacturing facilities outside Porto, in Portugal.
Mr Maia continued, ‘New Solution Engineering has built-in the best margin possible for its reseller family. Not just on the printers, but also the media and inks. Because it manufactures everything in house, it has brought its products to market knowing that each company in the supply chain can make the best margin possible whilst still remaining profitable and competitive and therefore make savings in turn for every link in the supply chain.’
The first of its ranges to be open to the reseller market is the NS PRO EVO, a full colour, industrially built, high-speed digital label printer that handles variable data and has a finishing unit, which can cut, laminate and weed. This single-pass printer can print at speeds of up to 18m/min in full colour and has resolutions of up to 1600 x 1600dpi.
The finishing unit F22 can run inline with the NS PRO EVO or work as a standalone unit. It features a digital cutting plotter, die-cutter and lamination as well as automatic weed and waste removal.
