The new NS Multi LG printer is due to be launched at Fespa in May
In early March, New Solution welcomed around 60 customers from over 20 companies and 15 countries to showcase its latest engineering developments.
Visitors to the Customer Innovation Centre (CIC), in Portugal, were treated to the first ever viewing of the NS Multi LG, a 42 inch-wide flatbed printer for the packaging market, which is capable of 1.2m wide digital printing onto corrugated board. Due to be launched officially at Fespa in May, the NS Multi LG prints at speeds up to 300mm/sec in a resolution of 1600 x 1600dpi in CMYK.
CEO Eloi Ferriera commented, ‘We were so pleased to have such a good turnout from our existing and proposed new partners from around the world. We are very proud of our manufacturing facilities here at New Solution and our CIC is second to none, where customers can come and have demonstrations and test our machines before they commit to buy.
‘The feedback was extremely positive, with comments on our facilities, human resources, our pricing strategy and most importantly, our build and print quality. Our customers are eagerly anticipating the official launch at Fespa.’
