At this year’s Packaging Innovations, Dantex will have a fully operational PicoColour digital press running on stand for the duration of the show.
With a printing width of 210 mm and running capacity of 35 m/min, the PicoColour is a versatile and highly productive printing system offering superb printed results at a competitive price. Launched in 2015, the PicoColour works with UV based inks and is available with CMYK + White.
‘With the majority of printers under market pressure to offer the benefits of digital print – shorter runs, flexibility, quick turnaround and cost effective label solutions – the PicoColour is the ideal solution for Label producers’ says Dantex’s UK sales manager, Andy Abbott.
Dantex will also be promoting Star Plate – a digital imaging solution designed for direct inkjet imaging to film with the ability to produce high quality screening. Star Plate uses the actual dots of the original RIPped 1-bit data, preserving dot patterns, screening and dot gain calibration.
Star Plate’s Actual Dot technology provides powerful imaging controls on inkjet printers to produce an extremely high quality dot formation. The software is proven to produce fine solid linework and hard dots up to 175 lines per inch. Star Plate Inkjet production allows films to be produced under daylight conditions without the need for post processing. As a result, users not only save production steps but also negate the need for purchase, storage or disposal of chemistry.
Dantex also offers a range of letterpress and flexographic photopolymer plates and dedicated water wash processing equipment, including the DigiWash flexo plate processor and AQFC Plate Cleaning Systems.
Dantex representatives will be on hand to discuss your specific requirements – exhibiting on stand H23.
