Xeikon has combined all its training expertise into a single initiative
Xeikon’s newly launched STAR programme requires press operators to pass a six-step training curriculum to achieve expert status.
As every stage is completed, a certificate is awarded until all six stars have been attained. The programme will be continually assessed by the Xeikon team to ensure its effectiveness.
Frederik Vervenne, Xeikon’s vice president services, said, ‘This is a way for us to apply our expertise to make an increasing digital production a successful experience for our customers. The Xeikon STAR programme will improve customer productivity and performance. And all those positive enhancements translate into increasing revenue for the customers. It will also offer a more focused approach to Xeikon training options building up to an ‘Expert’ status upon full completion of the programme.’
