Patrick Van Baelen has been appointed as Xeikon’s vice president of marketing and a member of the company’s executive committee.
In his new role, Mr Van Baelen will be heading up worldwide marketing for both the labels and packaging, and the document and commercial markets. He is primarily tasked with driving profitable revenue growth stimulated by customer driven innovation.
His credentials include 25 years of experience in digital printing with global equipment suppliers and print service providers. He joined Xeikon in 2010 as sales director document printing, responsible for sales in Europe. ‘I am honored to take on this important role,’ commented Mr Van Baelen. ‘We have exciting times ahead of us; as innovators in digital print, we are more than ever committed to continue bringing best-in-class solutions to our customers, while at the same time creating an exceptional environment for our suppliers, our employees and our shareholders.’
