Imidia Digital Technologies, Inc. is the new distributor for Australian-made RapidX Digital label presses and associated converting equipment after acquiring Rapid Label USA from Impression Technology Americas.
The Florida-based company is a regional distributor of digital print media and digital printing solutions for labels, textile, large format and variable data.
‘This is a strategic acquisition to expand our distribution of digital printing solutions in the USA, in a segment that is experiencing continuous growth such as label printing,’ commented Heberto Pachon, president.
