The company reports “Overwhelming response” from Drupa. “We are excited to join forces with INX International and Spartanics  to manufacture and service the NW140 for our European customers,” says Reinhard Zimmermann, MD of Systec. “Sometimes it takes a group of experts in individual fields combining resources to produce a system that exceeds market requirements and we are glad to be part of this successful cooperation.”

The press is a single pass design, using Xaar 1001 heads offering a maximum speed of 27m per minute on standard label stocks up to 2mm thick.  There are seven print stations with interdeck LED pinning, with pre-coat and white offered.

There is in-line laser cutting to allow economic production of short run, fast turnround labels with very fast quick job changeovers and automated, accurate cutting paths.
