At a recent training day, Focus Label Machinery hosted seven of RotoMetrics’ staff at its showroom in Bingham, Nottingham. The press manufacturer’s expert print technicians demonstrated three demo presses, the d-Flex hybrid machine, the e-Flex and the Pro-Flex, to the group.
The day was designed to give the delegates more appreciation of how their customers operate allowing them to serve more effectively. It included a more detailed look at the die-cutting stage, aimed at helping the delegates understand exactly where the products they provide sit within the process.
The feedback received would suggest the educational goal was achieved. Paul Ford, RotoMetrics sales manager, said, ‘It was much appreciated, and I think we all learnt something new. Our thanks go to Colin for an interesting and informative day. You made us all feel welcome and it’s a genuine pleasure to work with people who appreciate the value in relationships and expanding each other’s knowledge base.’
