Amberley Labels has appointed Richard Andrews to its external sales team.
Mr Andrews has field sales experience and joins Amberley Labels from Kingfisher Labels. He has also worked at Sato UK as an industrial and retail sales executive, where his role covered new and existing business, plain and pre-printed labels, ribbons, label printers, software and service contracts.
As account manager at Amberley Labels, he will be promoting both digitally and conventionally printed label and packaging products. The company noted Mr Andrews’ knowledge of printed and plain labels, including technical experience of hardware (thermal printers), as extending its customer support and account management capabilities.
Mr Andrews said, ‘I can already see that the combination of flexographic and digital capabilities under one roof opens up all sorts of possibilities and opportunities for our customers.’
The appointment complements the printer’s strategy to expand its knowledge and sales resources. Mr Andrews joins a team that includes sales manager David Beeby and Southern account manager Alison Hills, and is supported by an award-winning customer services team.
