RadTech International North America, the non-profit trade association for ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) technologies, has contracted Jennifer Heathcote of Eminence UV to provide the organisation with applications expertise.
Ms Heathcote has more than 20 years of experience in the UV and EB industry, serving in applications engineering, sales, business development, and general management roles. Her previous employers include: Phoseon Technology, including leading global business development; general manager of Integration Technology in North America; and Nordson, were she served in numerous engineer roles.
Ms Heathcote earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and her MBA from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University.
RadTech noted her appointment as supporting the continued development of UV and EB technology, enabling new products and manufacturing methods.

Her experience spans a wide range of applications, including digital and analog printing, structural bonding adhesives, and industrial coatings.’
