Mr Peat said, ‘I’m very excited to be joining this innovative company at such a crucial time and look forward to the challenge. The flexible packaging market in Europe is most definitely ripe for innovation, and in particular, ready for digital print with all the benefits the technology can bring to brands of all sizes. I have always had a passion for pushing the boundaries and relish the chance to be an integral part of ePac UK’s future.’
Mr Hobeika commented, ‘I’m extremely pleased that John has come onboard. Adding him to our top team is a major step forward for ePac UK. He will be a huge asset to the company, as we continue on our path to disrupt the flexible packaging market in the UK and Ireland.’
He continued, ‘The UK flexible packaging market is ready for transformation. We are already having very meaningful discussions with brands about how we can help them get to market faster, offer much greater agility and also improve their environmental footprint through reducing waste in the process and deliver smaller quantities only when needed.’
