CGS Publishing Technologies has enlarged its European sales team, with Özgür Yazar appointed sales director.
Mr Yazar has more than 20 years of experience in the printing industry. He joins CGS from EFI, where he was the company’s sales development manager, East Europe for over a decade. He also had responsibility for the Middle East at various points during his EFI career. Prior to that, he worked at Xerox Turkey.
His appointment comes as CGS reports continuing expansion of its market position. Mr Yazar reports to Christoph Thommessen, managing director, sales, worldwide at CGS, who said, ‘He has long-time experience in our industry and will help to strengthen CGS’s position in an important and growing sector. Besides the general support of our partners, resellers and of course also customers in Europe, one of his key missions is to develop new markets for CGS.’
