GEW has named Marcus Greenbrook as its new sales and service director, strengthening its customer service operations.
Mr Greenbrook has worked with the UV curing specialist for more than two decades, most recently as its international sales director. He has been part of the sales team at GEW since 2004. Prior to this he was service manager, having joined the company in 1998. GEW noted that his depth of experience in both fields means that he is, ‘perfectly suited to this broad management role.’
Malcolm Rae, managing director at GEW, commented, ‘You cannot have a strong sales department without the support of an exemplary customer service operation. This decision to link the two departments even closer will further reinforce the focus we have on our customers, to ensure that we continue to deliver the swift and highly responsive service levels they demand.
‘Marcus is well respected in the industry and he has a wealth of knowledge of both UV arc and UV LED systems, enabling him to give sound and practical advice regarding both curing technologies.’
This is the latest promotion and appointment at GEW, following the addition of Jennifer Heathcote as business development manager, and promotion of Robert Rae to director.
