Moritz Hartmann is to take over as sole managing director at Ruco Druckfarben once the takeover by INX International Ink is completed.
INX has entered into an agreement to acquire Ruco, in order to strengthen its position in Europe.
As sole managing director, Mr Hartmann will manage the company with the current leadership team. Mr Hartmann has been a member of the Ruco management team since 2015.
