Avery Dennison’s Pascale Wautelet is to participate in a major summit on sustainability in London later this year.

She will speak at the Sustainability Summit 2020 on 26 March as part of a discussion entitled, ‘Collaboration at the Core’. This session will examine how different sectors can work together to create new industry standards, and what can be done to shift norms. Who has imaginative ideas for business partnerships? Which industries are potential partners? Can profitability truly marry with sustainability? Can AI platforms help?

Alongside Ms Wautelet will be Douglas Lamont, chief executive at Innocent Drinks, Guy Grainger, EMEA chief executive at JLL, and Zitouni Ould-Dada, deputy director, climate and environment division, Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. Ms Wautelet serves as vice president, global research and development, label and graphic materials (LGM) at Avery Dennison.

Other discussions to take place at Sustainability Summit 2020 will cover eco-anxiety, scaling up innovation and the circular economy. Joining this last discussion is Mark Shayler, founder of Ape and keynote speaker at last year’s Digital Print for Brand Success conference, also held in London.
