INX International Ink is ‘working hard’ to ensure that the supply of products to customers remains constant and secure while the company manages through the global COVID-19/coronavirus situation.
The company is the third largest producer of inks in North America and has full service subsidiaries in South America and Europe, with the latter recently strengthened through the acquisition of Ruco Druckfarben. It is part of Sakata INX’s worldwide operations. It offers a complete line of ink and coating products for commercial, packaging and digital applications. As a global manufacturer of inkjet inks, it offer includes a full palette of digital ink systems, advanced technologies and integrated services.
‘We are very cognisant of the impact we have on the overall supply chain,’ commented John Hrdlick, president and CEO at INX International Ink. ‘Thanks to our vendors, INX manufacturing facilities are adequately stocked with raw materials and based on communications with them, we expect the supply from China to resume well before we have inventory concerns. We will continue to keep our customers updated during this process and are committed to making sure supply disruptions are minimised.’
Mr Hrdlick continued, ‘Our hearts go out to everyone around the globe who have been negatively impacted by this outbreak in so many ways, including the loss of family and friends. We are keeping them in our thoughts and are hopeful COVID-19 runs its course as soon as possible.’
