AMS Spectral UV has named Don Starck and Andy Ross to lead its aftermarket support initiatives.
AMS Spectral UV, a Baldwin Technology company, manufactures LED and UV curing systems, as well as IR drying technologies, that are often used in printing to solidify inks onto substrates. Formed in 2017 when Air Motion Systems combined with Baldwin Technology’s UV and IR division, the joined entity serves as the world’s leading manufacturer of UV LED UV curing systems for commercial sheet-fed offset printing, and several other markets.
The company has recently extended its service offer to better serve those running LED, UV and IR curing/drying equipment. This includes the introduction of EverCare, service programs available to companies seeking both proactive maintenance and reactive service.
Mr Starck has more than 30 years of experience coordinating service teams at an international level, while Mr Ross brings decades of knowledge in the area of curing and drying equipment maintenance and repair to the table.
