AMS Spectral UV extended its service offer to better serve those running LED, UV and IR curing/drying equipment.
AMS Spectral UV is investing heavily in customer-support activities, in line with its mission to provide, ‘the best overall after-sales service available on the market.’
EverCare is a new suite of service programs available to companies seeking both proactive maintenance and reactive service in the event of curing or drying system needs or issues.
The company has also added multiple trained experts to its North American service, repair and technical support team.
It is also able to service equipment built by manufacturers other than AMS Spectral UV and Baldwin Technology.
AMS Spectral UV, a Baldwin Technology company, manufactures LED and UV curing systems, as well as IR drying technologies, that are often used in printing to solidify inks onto substrates. Formed in 2017 when Air Motion Systems combined with Baldwin Technology’s UV and IR division, the joined entity serves as the world’s leading manufacturer of UV LED UV curing systems for commercial sheet-fed offset printing, and several other markets.
