Label management software specialist Prisym ID has named Richard Adams as its new CEO and Lauren Patterson as CFO, as it seeks to secure further growth across the pharmaceutical, medical device and clinical trials markets.
Mr Adams, a life sciences and technology veteran, has joined as CEO from Wilmington. He is regarded as a leader in the healthcare and technology sector from his professional experiences over the last 30 years. In previous roles as divisional director, Healthcare at Wilmington and as CEO at Doctors.net.uk, Mr Adams led the organisations’ strategic direction, including international growth and a programme of acquisitions to better serve customer needs.
Ms Patterson is a qualified chartered accountant who has built considerable experience working with a number of quoted and private-owned organisations. As well as holding several positions within divisions of Revium Group, most latterly as CFO, she was also commercial finance director at Rentokil Initial and group finance director of HR Wallingford.
Mick Daw and Barry Copper have stepped down from their respective roles as CEO and CFO, but will remain on the company’s board, and will continue to be utilised in a non-executive capacity.
