AWT Labels & Packaging has promoted Michelle Zeller has been promoted to president.
Ms Zeller has been with AWT Labels & Packaging for more than 15 years, formerly as chief financial officer (CFO)/chief operating officer (COO). She will retain her CFO role alongside becoming president.
The US-based label and flexible packaging printing company noted that Ms Zeller has been ‘instrumental’ in the significant growth and success of the AWT group of companies. She played a key role in AWT’s acquisition and integration of the company’s South Elgin, Illinois flexible packaging division, as well as AWT’s Citation Healthcare Labels division in Hauppauge, New York.
AWT Labels & Packaging CEO Jim Lundquist said, ‘Michelle’s outstanding leadership and commitment to the employees and customers of AWT have been indispensable during a period of substantial growth and change for the company. We’re certain her advanced financial skills, stabilizing influence, and vision will serve the company well as we go forward.’
Ms Zeller also serves as a board member of US trade body, Tag & Label Manufacturing Institute (TLMI).
