Dantex Digital, a division of Dantex Group, has announced a new distribution partnership with Sabre Equipment, a South African supplier of print solutions to the labels and packaging market.
Commenting on the arrangement, Sabre Equipment’s sales director, Floors Coetzee, said, ‘As we are very active in both the packaging and label market and our customers are all asking about digital solutions, we have been looking for a reliable, as well as affordable digital press to complete our portfolio for a few years now. Dantex’s Pico range is perfect for our needs; whilst the PicoColour as an entry model is the more established and proven machine, with many successful installations, the latest Dantex PicoJet is an ideal 5-colour printing system, offering superior print results thanks to its high quality, high speed and high resolution.
‘There is no doubt the future is in digital printing with the ever-growing demand for shorter run lengths. The Pico range, together with its competitive price position, has given us the confidence to partner with Dantex. The company has an excellent reputation as a supplier to the label industry and we look forward to creating a highly visible and successful partnership together in the South African market.’
‘Sabre Equipment offer great experience and knowledge of their markets and we are delighted to be partnering with them,’ added Simon Cosh, digital business development manager for the Pico range. ‘We are confident that our digital solutions provide companies with perfect future proofing solutions for today’s challenges, with the Pico range offering high quality, efficient digital presses with a low cost of ownership. We have no doubt that through this partnership, Sabre Equipment can deliver success to label and packaging printers in this region.’
Sabre Equipment is headquartered in Durban and also has an administration office in Cape Town.
