Italy’s Lombardi Converting Machinery has appointed Matik, Inc. as the distributor and service provider for its printing and converting equipment in North America.
The product line includes modular narrow and mid web flexographic presses, hybrid inkjet presses and label finishing equipment. Digistar Inkjet is a modular line integrating a Domino N610i inkjet digital engine with flexo.
Matik, based in Connecticut, and with several regional offices, is the exclusive distributor in North America for many other brands, including SEI Laser, Vinfoil, Olbrich, Codimag, Sensotec, Kelva and Melzer. Matik provides full sales and technical service support to its nationwide customer base. Matik’s staff have been trained by Lombardi’s factory technicians to offer installation, inspection, diagnosis, repair and aftercare services.
