Screen Europe has formally established a flexible packaging digital printing division.
This move follows a large-scale portfolio update by Screen Europe earlier this year, including new inkjet-based digital printing hardware targeted at various packaging verticals such as corrugated, folding cartons and labels. It also announced PacJet FL830, which has now been rebranded as the Truepress Pac 830F, as its option for digital flexible package printing. The Truepress Pac 830F will be the cornerstone of Screen’s flexible packaging printing division.
Screen’s flexible packaging printing platform is its third digital printing division. The other two being the Truepress Jet 520HD platform of commercial printers and the Truepress Jet L350UV platform of inkjet label presses.
Juan Cano has been appointed to lead this new flexible packaging division.
