Print finishing equipment manufacturer A B Graphic (ABG), has launched two non-stop winding systems, marking its entry into the splicing arena.
ABG’s non-stop unwinder (NSU) is designed to ensure the non-stop feed of web-type materials, while the non-stop rewinder (NSR) system provides continuous rewinding of a self-adhesive matrix produced with a label cutting and printing process.
Both are based on existing designs by strategic partner Kocher + Beck. Manufactured at ABG’s Spanish facility, both systems are suited to customers with medium to long runs, looking to increase productivity, improve product quality and control/reduce material waste.
NSU and NSR both have a range of applications and can be integrated with any existing set-up, including presses, finishing equipment and converting lines.
