MPS has appointed Flexypack as its local agent for Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Albania, Montenegro and Macedonia, representing its portfolio of flexo, hybrid and offset presses.
MPS notes itself as ‘very well-known and successful’ in Serbia, with the country’s largest printers already MPS customers. Flexypack will provide valuable local support in Serbia and further increase MPS presence in the other growing neighbouring countries.
As well as representing press options, Flexypack will educate printers about the benefits of the new MPS Performance Program, where continuous streaming data is collected and analysed to better understand bottlenecks, benchmark and continuously improve press performance.
Sebastiaan Rakhorst, MPS regional sales director for Central South East Europe, said, ‘We have brought Flexypack on board to increase our service level in its appointed regions with local spare parts inventory, engineers and applications specialists.’
Sasa Papic, who founded Flexypack alongside Aleksandar Borisavljevic, said, ‘We consider MPS to be a dedicated and leading producer of printing machines with a long lifespan, high quality, and solid after-sales support. We look forward to increasing the MPS market share in our regions.’
