The Bobst Master DM5 has been named ‘Best Combined Label and Flexible Packaging Printer of the Year’ in the 2020 EDP Awards competition.
Master DM5 is a printing and converting machine that combines digital and analogue printing processes from Bobst and daughter company Mouvent into an all-in-one, inline concept developed to deliver ‘timely and efficient’ label production, from priming and printing to varnishing, embellishment and die-cutting. Master DM5 was introduced last year as Bobst launched into the market for hybrid printing technology.
The European Digital Press Association (EDP) acts as a recognised industry forum. Since 2007, the association has honoured the best products by awarding nearly 300 trophies.
