Bar Graphic Machinery (BGM) has developed Elite Comflex, a new digital converting and finishing system.
Elite Comflex is described as a ‘flexible, compact, robust’ digital converting and finishing system, and as a ‘new and exciting concept’ in digital converting and finishing.
It builds on the company’s Elite Digiflex (pictured, top), and is a high-speed re-register die-cutting converting and finishing system, intended to meet digital finishing requirements with a small compact footprint, a DieNamic semi-rotary die-cutting unit with speeds of up to 110m/min, as well as Dispro compensation software available as an option. Other options include inline lamination, and registration in-setter for peel and reveal applications. A flexo print station can be configured, offering a quick-change print station that can be used for spot printing, in register, or flood coating.
BGM has already received several orders for its new machine.
