Scodix has appointed Amritpal Singh Bawa as its business representative covering India, and who will drive adoption of the company’s updated digital enhancement portfolio amongst packaging manufacturers in the country.
Mr Bawa is a well-known printing technologist, bringing more than two decades of experience in the graphic arts industry to the role. He has held numerous positions in various national and international companies, including vice president, director, country head, and CEO. His focus is sales, marketing, business development, consulting, and training.
He commented, ‘The digital enhancement market in India is quite mature and many Indian printers were early adopters of Scodix technology. I look forward to making great progress in the packaging market as Scodix has already done in India’s commercial and photo market segments. The new line of Scodix digital enhancement products offer great solutions for embellishments for packaging converters in India.’
The position of India business representative is a new role that has been introduced following the successful worldwide launch of the Scodix Ultra 1000 series, and a strengthened focus on the packaging market segment.
