Sihl Group has acquired Dietzgen Corporation of Tampa, Florida, strengthening its position as a supplier of high-end coated media in North America.
Dietzgen is a provider of converting and distribution services for digital print media, including papers, films, and textiles to the US market. The company has an extensive network of dealers selling their well-known media brands which include Dietzgen – Reprographic, Magic – Sign and Display, Museo – Fine Art, and Validation – Premium Proofing.
The acquisition of Dietzgen is an important milestone in the strategic development of Sihl Group, especially in North America, as group CEO Peter K. Wahsner explained.
