X-Rite has introduced Link, an intuitive Cloud-based platform that permits real-time insights into the health of multiple colour measurement devices.
Using X-Rite Link, printers can monitor their entire colour measurement fleet from one central dashboard to reduce manual management, optimise performance and streamline servicing. To achieve this, X-Rite Link features: up-to-date status on each colour measurement device, including certification, warranty and service care plans; a map of device locations; monthly calibration reports; live updates and tracking for service requests; and access to past service records. Customers can also track NetProfiler optimisation and inter-instrument agreement across their fleet of devices.
