Inkjet Solutions has added i-Jet2800 to its fleet of inkjet digital printing options.
i-Jet2800 features Memjet’s DuraFlex technology and runs water based inks, allowing printing on a wide selection of substrates and reduced printing costs, whilst meeting an extensive range of market and application needs, according to the company. DuraFlex printhead technology delivers cost effective high-quality printing through 2x nozzle redundancy and precision drop architecture, with a 2.4pl drop size.
The inkjet digital printing module has a 324mm web width. with a print resolution of 1600 x 1585dpi. Print speed at 1600 x 1600dpi is 27m/min and 1600 x 954dpi is 46m/min.
i-Jet2800 can be retrofitted onto existing narrow web printing presses and converting lines, or installed as a standalone system with various print finishing options.
