Anytron has developed a new system that combines myriad production processes to allow fully digital label manufacturing.
Any-Jet III combines digital printing, laminating, laser cutting, slitting, and matrix removal on a single digitally integrated platform.
When compared to conventional or hybrid converting systems, the company noted that Any-Jet III doesn’t require additional time and costs associated with analogue tools such as plates or flexible dies, whilst an automated end-to-end workflow – Any-Flow – is cited as minimising the need for human intervention and reducing operation time. A set-up time of five minutes and an automatic changeover function are highlighted as further benefits.
