Label Craft has partnered with the Asteria Group to pursue growth opportunities in Ireland and across Europe – particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
Originally established in Belgium, Asteria is an international group with 10 active companies in countries such as the Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Spain and the UK.
Label Craft, which was established by Denise Browne and Michael O’Flaherty 25 years ago, is a manufacturer of labels. leaflets, and cartons, serving the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device and veterinary sectors in Ireland. Label Craft will be Asteria’s first acquisition in the Republic of Ireland. It is business as usual for Label Craft, as the deal will see Ms Browne and Mr O’Flaherty continue in their current roles as co-managing directors.
