All4Labels Global Packaging Group has acquired Romanian company Romprix Exim. Owners Cristian Dobrotă and Pierpaolo Filippi signed an agreement for the company to become a 100% subsidiary of the All4Labels Group.
Romprix is a renowned Romanian manufacturer of decorative self-adhesive labels with the largest industrial digital printing capacity in the Romanian market. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
Adrian Tippenhauer, CEO All4Labels, said, ‘With this transaction, we will become the leading manufacturer of self-adhesive labels in Romania. Romprix with its strong focus on the local Romanian market complements our current business in Romania perfectly. With both our sites All4Labels will now be able to offer a wider range of first-class and competitive packaging solutions to an even broader range of customers both locally and on an international level. Both production sites are close to Bucharest (Ploiesti and Pantelimon) and the on-site teams together will make more than 320 professionals who will continue to meet all our customers’ needs. We are very pleased to welcome Cristian Dobrotă, his management team and all Romprix employees as new partners and members of the All4Labels family.’
The Romprix CEO, founder and majority-shareholder, Cristian Dobrotă, will continue to manage the business.
Mr Dobrotă said, ‘Romprix has been looking for an international partner to support our development not only in Romania, but also on an international level, and thus enabling us to grow jointly with our customers both locally and beyond the regional market – with All4Labels we have the perfect match and partner to do so.’
