Print decoration specialist Leonhard Kurz has named Dr Andreas Hirschfelder as its new CEO.
Dr Hirschfelder has been with the company since the mid-1990s and over the course of his 26-year career at Kurz has served in roles from research and development to strategic planning and divisional management. Latterly he has been leading the company’s plastic decoration business area as senior vice president, establishing its strategic direction, driving innovation and managing day-to-day global operations.
As of 1 February, 2023, he is now serving as Kurz CEO, with Walter and Peter Kurz handing over the running of the company.
