Global packaging company All4Labels has extended its footprint in Brazil with the addition of LabelPress to the group.
Located in Manaus, the capital and largest city of the Brazilian state of Amazonas, LabelPress was founded in 1999 and now has more than 180 employees focused on pressure-sensitive labels, tags, ribbons and paper manuals for durable goods. The key sectors catered to by LabelPress are food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, industrials and home care, as well as personal care.
With this transaction, All4Labels extends its presence to the north of Brazil and is now present in the highly industrialised zone of Manaus. Moreover, the acquisition grants the group entry into the durable labels market. Isidro Quiroga, All4Labels’ president in Central and South America, said, ‘We are very happy to welcome a company such as LabelPress in our group, adding even more diversity to All4Labels; to its people, customers, end markets as well as geographically. The company’s many years of experience in this important region of Brazil will further complement All4Labels’ business, expanding our footprint across the Latin American market.’
LabelPress CEO Juvino Tavares will continue to manage the business and is to use his ‘extensive experience and market knowledge’ to strengthen All4Labels’ market position in Latin America.
‘23 years of hard work and dedication have made us a reference in our market,’ said Mr Tavares. ‘A life story dedicated to a versatile and remarkable company that is now part of a global family. We have the highly appealing opportunity to sustainably develop our business further, which is one of the biggest milestones for LabelPress. By becoming part of the All4Labels family, LabelPress will not only take on many new and exciting challenges, but also contribute to the diversity of the group’s high-quality businesses on a global scale.
‘This is surely one of the most remarkable events in our company’s history. We are convinced that jointly we will further grow our market share in Latin America.’
All4Labels CEO Adrian Tippenhauer added, ‘With this new partnership, we once again widen our offer across Brazil and Latin America. Our customers, partners and employees will benefit equally from this great achievement. We welcome our new colleagues and look forward to continuing the success story of All4Labels as a growing global team.’
