South Korea’s Anytron has developed Any-Press, a five-colour, 13in-wide digital press that can be used to produce labels and flexible packaging from a compact footprint.
Running CMYK+W toners, Any-Press offers a resolution of 600 x 600dpi, prints up to 5m/min and has a maximum web width of 330mm/print width of 324mm. White toner supports printing on coloured and clear substrates. A built-in laminator and liner removal allow for immediate cold laminating after printing and the production of durable labels and flexible packaging. This is supported by the use of LED laser toner printing, with its inherent water, UV and scratch resistance.
Any-Press uses Anytron’s Any-Flow software, which has been optimised for colour label printing, fast rendering for high volume printing and creation of variable data elements such as barcodes and QR codes.
