Berkshire Labels has taken home the top prize in the digital labels and packaging category, as presented at the FlexoTech Awards 2023.
The FlexoTech Awards are an annual celebration of success and innovation within the flexo supply chain. Within the 19 categories, a dedicated trophy is presented for packaging or labels that are produced with digital printing technology only.
Printed on an HP Indigo WS6800, the company’s winning entry, Albourne Estate, was printed on Fedrigoni Tinteretto using five colours and finished on an A B Graphic Digicon Series 3, with dies and foil from Tomlinsons and Foilco, respectively.
As noted by the judges, ‘Solids, tonal and complementary design made the label stand out.’
Also nominated in the category were Harkwell Labels, MCC Labels North America Wine & Spirits, and Midland Regional Printers.
