Print finishing equipment manufacturer, A B Graphic (ABG), has appointed Peter Redmond as director of service.
Mr Redmond’s career, which followed a traditional engineering apprenticeship, spans 25 years across various customer-oriented roles in the printing industry, including leadership positions in sales and service.
He most recently headed the UK division of a German sheet-fed offset print equipment manufacturer but will now be based in ABG’s Bridlington site in East Yorkshire, reporting directly to CEO Richard Knight.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Redmond said, ‘What attracted me to join ABG was the opportunity to work again with a UK-based equipment manufacturer, known for its industry leadership and innovation.’
In his new position, Mr Redmond aims to establish the company internationally as a leading service provider, enhancing after-sales services to boost customers’ equipment efficiency.
