Belgium-based Hybrid Software has released its iC3D suite version 9.5, introducing new features and user experience updates for its packaging design and visualisation software.
The new version is explained to provide expanded support for additional 3D file formats, including GLTF, GLB, and FBX, which offer efficient data transmission, compatibility, and precision in 3D scene data. The enhancement will allow users to import and export these formats to assist in flexibility and efficiency in the 3D design processes.
The company also attained that the iC3D 9.5 brings major improvements to the internal PDF editor. Users can now select page boxes of the PDF files being used, and improvements have been made to PDF layer visibility to help deliver an elevated user experience and increased productivity.
Product manager Heath Luetkens explained, ‘This expansion of features to more versions of the software ensures that a wider range of users can benefit from the enhanced capabilities of the PDF editor.’
Visitors of drupa 2024 will be able to experience iC3D at the new Touchpoint Packaging arena in hall 3 stand B31 and at Hybrid Software’s booth in hall 7A stand D03.
