The latest Lift ERP help centre update from Durst to version R10.8 has been completed aiming at offering users a new experience within its customer help desk.
The main feature of the help centre, the ticket management screen, has been reimagined to give users important information the way they want to see it.
The first modification to the system is the new resource library. From the ticket management screen, users will be able to access ‘Articles and Videos’ with a click of a button. All Lift ERP resources have been placed into this library, including tip and tricks videos, past webinars, and release notes. As explained by the company, users will now be able to utilise a search bar to look up specific help videos and articles.
The next ability included in the update outlined by the company is the ability to now view past and present tickets, with associated release notes and dates. Present tickets will also feature future release notes and anticipated release dates. And popular future update release features will be published and viewable by all users.
Finally, improvements have been made to the ticket communication and update functionality. Users can now make service requests, raise tickets, track answers and ticket status, and make modifications all without leaving the management screen. Customers can also click directly into tickets and upload photos or videos, and update severity from inside the ticket. Additionally, messaging and notifications can be easily sent back and forth between users and the Lift Support team within the ticket.
