Print and paper advocacy group, Two Sides, has welcomed its newest member CO-RO, a Danish company providing fruit concentrates, fruit-based drinks, and home-freeze ice lollies.

CO-RO’s products are available in over 80 markets and a significant part of its packaging is paper based. By opting for paper-based packaging, CO-RO not only reduces its carbon footprint but also supports the recycling industry, as paper is one of the most recycled materials globally.

Kasper Herluf Østlund, VP global supply chain and transformation at CO-RO, is excited to join Two Sides, providing a platform to help promote the environmental benefits of paper-based packaging. The company will look to engage and educate its consumers, and other stakeholders, about the sustainable benefits of paper-based packaging, said Mr Østlund.

Ian Bates, marketing and partnership director for Two Sides UK, commented, ‘Our partnership with them will help us communicate the great environmental story that paper-based packaging has to tell, reaching billions of consumers around the world. As a member of Two Sides, they also have access to the Love Paper campaign’s tools and marketing devices. This can be used on their paper-based packaging as an effective way to communicate to their customers on how sustainable paper-based products truly are. It’s always a pleasure to welcome new members on board and we look forward to working with CO-RO,’

By joining Two Sides, CO-RO has access to a library of co-brandable communications tools, consumer research, industry-leading information, sustainability advice, and events.
