Ink and coatings supplier, INX Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sakata Inx, has acquired North American coatings, adhesives and polymers manufacturer, Coatings & Adhesives Corporation (C&A).

A newly formed entity, INX International Coatings and Adhesives, will operate as a sister company alongside INX International, united under a single management group to deliver complementary ink and coating solutions to the packaging market.

With over 35 years’ worth of knowledge and expertise, C&A will allow INX to further grow the newly united business by driving enhanced value in the category through the combined experience and understanding of industry dynamics. According to INX, initiatives are already underway to capitalise on this merger, paving the way for substantial growth.

Bryce Kristo, president and CEO of INX International, said, ‘Our commitment to innovation, quality and service aligns perfectly with C&A’s legacy. We are not merely merging companies; we are creating new possibilities and setting a new standard for excellence in the packaging market.’

Rick Pasin, owner and president of C&A, added, ‘We believe that by leveraging our combined expertise, we can offer greater efficiency to meet and exceed our customers’ needs. This partnership positions us as industry leaders, ready to embrace transformative success.’
