Label and packaging industry veteran Tom Mason has joined NextGen Label Group as vice president of sales, bringing to the business more than 33 years of experience and a track record of success in executive leadership and general management. The group has flexo and digital label production in two sites in New York State, USA, including Syracuse Label. 

Mr Mason’s expertise spans multiple sectors, including food, beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, household, and personal care packaging, and NextGen Label believes his background equips him to make an immediate impact on NextGen’s strategic initiatives and long-term growth.

Mr Mason will be responsible for developing and executing NextGen’s sales strategy, with a focus on expanding market presence, building and strengthening customer relationships, and driving growth across key sectors. He will also work with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and help enhance the company’s customer-centric approach.
