Arrow Systems’ new ArrowJet UV label printer has been paired with a Fiery Impress Digital Front End (DFE), giving users ‘unmatched productivity and precision’.

The company said the DFE technology, which uses the latest Adobe PDF Print Engine processing, will deliver exceptional colour accuracy, integration and automated workflows to help streamline complex label and packaging projects. It brings unique advantages to the ArrowJet UV printer, according to Arrow Systems, including accelerated file processing, precise brand colour management and comprehensive workflow automation.

ArrowJet UV is available in up to seven colours, including CMYK+W, and can print UV curable inks at resolutions up to 600 dpi and speeds of up to 120 m/min, with a maximum print width of 432 mm.

‘Our collaboration with Fiery is about driving real change in packaging printing,’ said Sam Patel, CEO and director of Arrow Systems. ‘We chose Fiery Impress because it’s an award-winning, software-based DFE built for industrial inkjet printing. Its Intelligent HyperRIP technology optimises job processing, handling multiple short jobs simultaneously or splitting larger ones for maximum performance. This means fewer delays, continuous job streaming to the printhead, and exceptional efficiency. It’s a game-changer, setting a new standard for speed and versatility that helps our clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.’
