Flexible packaging manufacturer Constantia Flexibles has appointed David Spratt as its new CEO, effective 1 January 2025. He will succeed Uwe Röhrhoff, who has served as interim CEO since September 2024.

Brining 24 years of experience with him, Mr Spratt joins Constantia Flexibles following a tenure as CEO of Ardagh Metal Packaging Europe, leading that business since January 2021. Before Ardagh, he held leadership roles at Amcor, overseeing business units in snacks and confectionery, food, and healthcare, along with roles in mergers and acquisitions, and strategy development.

Following his time as interim CEO, Mr Röhrhoff will resume his role as a member of the supervisory board.
