Czech Republic manufacturer of self-adhesive labels S&K Label has been acquired by Coveris Group, becoming Coveris Brno. The acquisition marks Coveris’ third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and its first label business acquisition outside the UK.
Coveris says this milestone reflects a significant step in its strategy to expand in the CEE region. Coveris Brno is now positioned to deliver innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, said Coveris.
Integration into the Coveris global network brings an exceptional opportunity for knowledge-sharing between the Czech Republic and the UK, enabling the development of tailored solutions, explained the company. This collaboration will support the implementation of innovations and strategies, enhancing Coveris Brno’s ability to meet local customers’ needs while aligning with international standards and trends.
